Exchange Policy

At L'éclat d'enfance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Exchange Period

• Items purchased as regular orders may be exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items purchased as gifts may be exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.

Size Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for a different size, including items purchased at a discounted price, provided all other exchange conditions are met.

Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn and unwashed
• All original tags must be attached
• The item must be in its original packaging
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must be presented
• The item must be free of any stains, odors, or damage

Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

• Items that have been worn or washed
• Items with removed or damaged tags
• Accessories (hair accessories, headbands, etc.)

How to Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
